At J.W.H. Designs, every order is carefully prepared to ensure your jewellery arrives safely and beautifully packaged.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. As many pieces are handcrafted, some orders may require additional preparation time. If there is any delay, you will be notified by email.

Shipping Within Canada

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 CAD within Canada.

For orders under $100 CAD, a flat shipping rate will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

All Canadian orders are shipped using a reliable postal or courier service. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight. Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times (after processing) are:

Canada: 3–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times may vary due to holidays, weather conditions, or postal service delays.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, J.W.H. Designs is not responsible for carrier delays. However, if your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. J.W.H. Designs cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
